how MUCH did this COST tax payers LOCALLY?

Nature is great and all, but people are far more valuable .. as are their possession of their respective earned monies.

(2)
How exactly will this stimulate the LOCAL economy? for you know LOCAL citizens?

(3)
Have you done any research into the relationship  between fund recipients and local administration NEPOTISM?  (that&#039;s a big problem in Huntington Beach.. ask at a city council meeting and behold the response.. &#039;thou protest too much&#039;)

(4)
Why does &#039;survival of the fittest&#039; never seem to apply to nature or animals? 

(4b)
Why do animals not suited to a given scenario require &#039;protection?  Adapt or die.  That&#039;s life.  

That money would have been better spent on child cancer research.
